ChatShelf (chatshelf.pages.dev) reads the ChatGPT or Claude export file you choose and shows it in your browser. This page explains what that means for your data.

Files and content you use with ChatShelf

Files you open and text you type are processed only inside your browser. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and they are gone when you close the tab. We cannot see them.

What we do collect

We do not ask for an account, and we do not set cookies of our own. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Third-party resources

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, where needed, a JavaScript library from the cdnjs content network. These providers receive the technical request data needed to serve those files. See the Google Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we add analytics or advertising, we will update this page before doing so and describe what is collected and how to opt out.
